Shipping Policies
The normal airmail would be delivered by Hong Kong Post (USPS For USA and registered mail for other countries). The shipping time is about 7 to 14 days;
Expedited courier service would be delivered by DHL. The shipping time is about 3 to 5 days.
All products are shipped from China and we provide two different "shipping model" options for the turnkey stores, i.e. Free Shipping or Paid Shipping. Turnkey store members could choose to offer "Free shipping" to their customers by selecting "Free Shipping" model when they set up their website. The details are these shipping models are as follows:
FREE SHIPPING MODEL
For "Free shipping model" option, the shipping cost would be pre-added to the product cost. When customers select "Free shipping" in their orders, they do not have to pay any shipping cost. The order would be delivered by USPS (for USA) or registered mail (for other countries). The shipping time is about 7 to 14 days for USPS and 14 to 20 days for registered mail.
PAID SHIPPING MODEL
For "Paid shipping model" option, no "Free shipping" would be available for customers and shipping cost would be calculated based on the weight of the products for all orders.
