This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the affiliate program offered by Turnkeymaster.com. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “Turnkeymaster” refers to Turnkey Master Enterprise, a Singapore's entity with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the Turnkeymaster affiliate program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.

Commissions

• For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links and QR codes provided by is. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. Affiliate links and QR codes can be obtained on the Affiliate Dashboard.

• We only provide one-time payment option whereby Affiliate will receive commission on each new order placed by the customers. No commission will be paid on recurring payment made by customers.

• Commission will be paid on the template fee and subscription fee received by the customers on their new orders only. No commission will be paid on the setup fee and the private labeling fee or other fees from the addons service paid by the customers.

Payment

• The commission payment will be paid to the Affiliate every 3 months after order payment is fully received from the customers.

• No commission will be paid if the balance of the commission is below $50. Payments will generally be paid out via PayPal in USD. The transaction fee charged by Paypal, if any, will be borned by the Affiliate.

• Please fill up your paypal account email address in the field provided on your dashboard.

Refunds

• Commision will not be paid for cancelled orders.

• In the event a customer cancels the order and requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned and received commissions, any commissions earned and received on the refund amount will be deducted from the future payout of the Affiliate's commission.

Usage and Obligations

• Affiliates are permitted to use the Turnkeymaster's brand, logo and other materials provided by Turnkeymaster for marketing purposes only. Logos and other assets cannot be modified without the prior consent of Turnkeymaster. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright or any other rights to the brand, logo and any materials owned by Turnkeymaster.

• The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Turnkeymaster and will never advertise Turnkeymaster products directly. The Affiliate will never bid for advertisements that compete with Turnkeymaster.

• The Affiliate will never represent themselves as the employees or associates companies of Turnkeymaster.

• The Affiliate will never represent themselves, Turnkeymaster or their relationship with Turnkeymaster in a false or misleading way.

• The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing Turnkeymaster.

Termination

• Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.

• Turnkeymaster has the right to terminate the relationship with the Affiliate if any of the terms mentioned in this agreement is breached. 

• If the Affiliate terminates the agreement, no further commissions from Turnkeymaster will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.

• If Turnkeymaster chooses to terminate the agreement, any balance greater than US$50 will be paid to the affiliate within 60 days of termination. Balances that are smaller than US$50 will be forfeited.

Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Arbitration

• All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in Singapore. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Modification

• Turnkeymaster may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.|
