When customer place an order my website, who is supposed to update the status of the order?

In the order, you could see that there are two parts of update. One is from you to your customer and another one is from us to you. When you receive payment from your customers, you need to update the status of the order to "paid" in that order. We are not able to update it to "paid" on your behalf because we will not know if you receive payment from your customer or not. Your customer would be able to see the update of their order status they login to their account.
After we receive the payment from you, we will update the order status to "paid" at our end and we will then update it to "preparing order". Your customers would be able to see this when we update the status to "preparing order". When we ship out the order, we will update the status to "order shipped" and the customer will see this together with the tracking number. You do not need to update the status after you have updated it to "paid" as we will take care of the rest of the update thereafter. If you would like to advise the customer how many days she or he would receive the order, you may wish to send her/him an email from your end.
Please note that you do not have to place order with us for your customer's order. You could simply go to the same order and click on the "pay to turnkeymaster.com" butto to make payment for the cost of the order to us.
