Why am I not able to access my website after making payment on the template order?
Your website could only be up and running when the following steps are performed:
Change of the DNS for your domain name per our email instruction;
Going through the setup process in your back office by clicking the "Set Up Now" button listed in the Template Order;
You have to wait for the DNS settings to take effect. Some domain registrars would take up to 24 hours to take effect. If you have already made changes to the DNS, please wait for about 6 to 12 hours before you could set up the website.
